The logo/banner/header or whatever you want to label it that has "Phixation.net" in the center with the blue.. that has to go. Its horrible color blending, hard on the eyes, and there isnt any reason you need the title (or rather the domain) to stick out

Only one minor thing is the bottom of the page gets a bit lost when it ends up against the white bit of the gradient.the graphic design is quite slick and impressive.
